One of the MOST Valuable Resources for Coumadin Users!
This book is the authority on Coumadin related issues,food, meal choices, preparations, and super cookbook!
I had one of these books and I "lent" it to a friend who had just been put on Coumadin. I had used that copy for almost five (5) years and it probably had saved my life by alerting me to foods that have Vitamin K and the saturation of the Vitamin K. Further, has kept me within a +/-0.2 PT/INT range for over four (4) years. Wonderful practical book for anyone having to deal with Coumadin (Warfin)which is a real life "rat killer"! It may be cheaper bought from the exterminator, but I am still using the drug store! If you have a friend or loved one who is on Coumadin, buy one of these to help "keep the around"!
