It arrived unpacked and scrunched up, shoved in the parcel bag with the other part of my order. The creases should fall out over time. Overall, good value although attention to packing could be better to avoid item damage in transit (eg, crushing of the velvet style fabric).

    Annoyed with delivery beyond words. This was delivered today by Amazon while I was at work. I asked for it to be placed behind recycling bins that have a wicker fence covering them. Whoever delivered it ripped the fence off, and left the box in full view, left fence on the floor! Broke the hinges. No way to contact them. Not sellers fault, but needs to be sorted.
