  Powerbank was clearly defective, arrived already with cells at 0% and 0 Volts. Charging them for 24h briefly shows 100% , but any load applied instantly drops the cells to 0% again. Clear sign of busted cells. Any small test would have shown the issue to the seller if this happened unintentionally. Selling this as "used, ...functions as intended. ..." is an outrage or a scam. Ofc it is not worth to return due to the shipping cost being on the buyer. No answer to messages about the problem.
