Useful little book. Really simply laid out and easy for anyone who has an interest to flick through and use.

Perfect, stay in/on ears where no other earphone has stayed before

Perfect for me. I have trouble keeping regular earphones in when running but these stay in with no trouble. The sound is fine for me as a 'normal' person who just wants music to get me through a run, which I do so I can eat and drink rather than for the love of it!!
