easy walking
The insoles have made walking more or less pain free now, my left heel no longer has shooting pains when I walk and the soles of my feet are much happier too. Plus with the instep support I am actually walking better. Had to remove the boots original insoles otherwise they would of been too tight.

Genesis - the early years
Excellent live album of early Genesis days with Peter Gabriel at the helm, originally had it as an LP, which i sold (sadly along with all my albums). Bought CD as a replacement.
