Pros and cons
Firstly, the seller is great! The machine itself is lightweight, well powered with a quiet motor which has many different speed settings. The machine also looks really good. I use stand mixers daily for my work so I’m familiar with many different models. This one has a lot of plus points on the surface. For me personally - and this is from several different uses in one day, it’s performance was very poor. No matter which attachment I use (balloon whisk, dough hook, k beater) the mixer only mixes 50% of what is in the bowl. The attachments don’t reach the base of the bowl, or go anywhere near the sides, meaning when you have finished mixing you need to use a hand mixer to mix the parts it missed, which defeats the object.... I’ve been reading the instructions to try to see if there’s some way of adjusting the bowl position but as yet have found nothing. It’s such a shame as the mixer has some good points. For work I’ll be sticking with Kenwood or KitchenAid
