The description of the item did not depict the it’s true condition, after few messages we agreed upon a partial refund, which I didn’t find sufficient due to damage sustained to the item, so i refused it and this led to an exhaustive set of conversations to set up another partial refund, which only after 9 days was resolved. Will leave neutral feedback due to the partial refunded issued, if this was not the case a negative feedback would have been most deserving.
