He charged £8.68 instead of £4.60, when challenged about the over charging he offered £1.00 refund!!! To low ball the seller with a offer, have it accepted, AGREE AND THEN PAY THE AGREED PRICE, receive the goods only to try and seek further discount in a very underhand tactic. Regardless a further discount was offered (putting me close to making a loss) and also a full refund that was declined. if the buyer believed they had a legitimate claim im sure they would have gone through other channels (ebay).
