    Communication was decent. Item was received within a relatively good timeframe considering the holidays. Unfortunately, the GPU was faulty upon delivery which may have been due to numerous factors outside of the seller's control (mishandled by shipping service). Was clean and did not show physical damage on arrival. If the card did work, this would've been a decent price for the Graphics card. Returning was incredibly simple, the seller went to extreme lengths to make the process easy.
