Read the enclosed instructions!!!

This product does what it is supposed to do- just be mindful of a few things: Read the directions regarding trimming the top whip to get the frequency range you need. I trimmed about half an inch at a time to get where I needed to be. Your situation will differ depending on what (if anything) is near your antenna. Understand that your antenna will still work but it will not be as broad-banded as it is with the full size whip. There are always trade-offs with shorter antennas; this is not a design flaw- just laws of physics. Enjoy not hitting low hanging tree branches and other obstacles.

Direct replacement- no problem on my 2014 Outback.

This was a direct replacement for my prior battery holder clamp. There was no problem with installation. As long as you have verified your make and model, your experience should be the same. Remember to use safety glasses and gloves for proper protection during removal and new part install.

What the tube says....

This product revived two old Hunter fans that were close to doing the dance of death. They have run well through the summer, and will be serviced again in the spring of 2016. Just what the fan doctor ordered...
