Control, Control, Control...
These are by far the best tuners I had, but that's only a point of view. What I can say without the shadow of a doubt is this: These machines provide fast total control over all aspects of stringing and tuning a guitar. Starting the moment you open the lock and pass the string through the post hole. It will go in "easy", without getting stuck - like with auto-locks - because you have the control to open it full. Then, after finding the string's right length, cut it, lock it, and that's all there is... no slippage, no detuning, period. And after that, tuning is marvelous thanks to the 21:1 ratio. Again, complete and accurate control. Oh... forgot to mention they're gorgeous, and made my guitar look like a million bucks.

A must for a serious photographer on a budget.
5 of 5 found this helpful It's old tech, ok, but you can't have these features for this price anywhere else.
For a serious aficionado to a pro on a budget this is the way to go.
Still superb in low ISO, I can compare the picture quality of my D200 with the D300 up to ISO 400, beyond that there's another world.
So... shoot with light. This is 2005 technology, folks.
I personally prefer my D200 to the D90 (we have one at the studio) in many aspects, it's build to last, it's fast, and it's a professional camera with everything at hand, you don't have to go through anoying menus to set your ISO, WB, bracketing, etc.
Give it a try before to buy it if you have the chance, you'll be surprised.

Had to finish it myself
0 of 1 found this helpful The wood in the front was beautiful and well finished, but the mounting wood in the back is crappy and all the border was unfinished. Had to do it myself with files and sandpaper. I ended up with a nice piece, but had to work on it for a couple of hours to make it look decent.
