Pain-free Experience - Would Recommend
This product has provided me with a very comfortable back rest for using in bed. This has been a boon, as I'm unable to sit upright in a chair for any length of time or I get disc pain issues (following a lower back slipped disc). Using this in bed, teamed with a v-pillow and an ordinary pillow propped against it and a couple of ordinary pillows under my knees, allows me to use my laptop, read, etc., without pain ... I can even nap while using it! It's fine to use without the propped pillows, too, and I suspect in the hotter months this will be how I'll use it.

Great beginners' section
I can so far only pass comment on the beginners' section - being a beginner!! The poses are challenging but achievable, with the correct placements clearly demonstated and described. The teachers - 1 Australian and 1 American (both women) are a little stilted in their spoken delivery, but this doesn't affect their standard of coaching ... they are yoga experts after all, not actors! Even though you don't break into a sweat (a bonus in my book), yoga is certainly not as easy as you might think - that's if you follow the instructions exactly and don't cheat!! However, the benefits to your suppleness and muscle tone and the calming effects on the mind make it all worth the effort. I feel a lot more in tune with my body and have found that I don't overeat or eat so much 'bad' food since I started doing this dvd ... this and a slow but steady weight loss are welcome side effects! Highly recommended.

Good ... But a Con!
1 of 1 found this helpful I actually really like this - the sound and the performances are fantastic - but the sleeve notes don’t say where or when these ‘unplugged’ versions of Marc’s songs were performed. They do, however, sound suspiciously ‘tampered with'. Neither the arrangements, which have a modern vibe about them, nor the audience sound like any Marc live recordings I’ve ever heard before. No girlies screaming for one! Unhelpful as the sleeve notes are, it does say they are ‘previously unreleased’ though I SWEAR I’ve heard Marc chortle and say “Forgotten the words!” on Debora in exactly the same manner ages ago – so I must have heard it elsewhere.
Flummoxed, I contacted someone who could fairly be described as a T.Rex / Marc Bolan expert, who told me the following: "I am afraid the CD Acoustic Warrior is a total con. The versions were stripped down from the original masters and all the backing taken off - so they are not really acoustic versions at all (except for the odd 'live' versions of Spaceball Ricochet and Debora). That is why there are no indications as to where the tracks are from. The guy that did them (Peter Todd) had the master tapes to the tracks ... and just took them into a studio and messed about with the originals. Sorry to give you the bad news, but I wouldn't want anyone to be fooled by that release."
So THAT explains why the sound is so good for 'live'! I kind of got the odd feeling when listening to the tracks that it was like Marc had lived long enough to appear on MTV's Unplugged series - the sound was so 'modern' and the audience so 'grown up'!
On the one hand it was a nice twist to hear Marc's voice so uncluttered - just for a change, like, 'cos I love the 'clutter'! But a fake audience and misleading sleeve notes? That's a bit off. They could have been up-front. They should have omitted the insult of canned applause and called the cd 'Marc Stripped' - way-hey!
The 'con' aspect of this release is the ONLY reason it doesn't get top marks. Marc Bolan could have made an album consisting of him farting in the moonlight and I'd have loved it - the man was (IS) a legend.
