My kids love it.

1. No charger included. I don't think there was a description about ' no charger inclueded'
2. Battery plug-in in the phone was very unstable and looked little crushed. I had to try to plug-in battery several times and could connect the charger about one out of 5 time trials.
3. Even with new charger, the same thing happened. Very hard to charge the battery.
