The apps are a pain to use
There is nothing wrong with the product itself but the apps are difficult to us.
If you are a car dealer that uses it every day & many times a day every time you plug it into a car you have to go through the process of connecting it to your blue tooth setting every time. Too time-consuming to use as a car dealer.
