People who sell used items as "new with tags" need to stop taking people's money under false pretences. Sellers who do that are spoiling things for the majority. Yes, both of you know who you are, and you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Fails prematurely
The contacts on the PCB wear prematurely, causing failure of the device. Replacement of the unit is the only solution. I'm on my third now, as alternatives are limited

Good piece of kit
Make sure if you wear hearing aids that they are set to 'T' position. If used in conjunction with tv speakers set speakers at low volume as this product tends to boost treble frequencies. You can use standard headphones with this product too
