Bought sealed WoD Collectors Edition. Very detailed listing, open to returns (not that it was necessary), prompt dispatch. Item arrived early, was packaged with great care, especially for the corners not to bend and scuff, and was exactly as described. Plenty of stuffing in the box. Although this item was advertised as new, it was immediately apparent that is was a second-hand unit, i.e. replacement plastic seals on the the packaging and clear evidence of prior use of the unit (including stored images on the hard drive from the previous owner(s)). The seller was immediately apologetic, believing it was a new unit and offered either a full refund and free return, or a discount on the sale price. Very good communication and 'after-sales' service.
