Don't cook in any oil
Hi. I'm a type two diabetic with high cholesterol. I've been using this on and off but find the taste unpleasant. I guess it's one of those things where you either hate it or love it. This mushroom has a lot of medicinal uses its not just cholesterol it can also treat a wide variety of conditions. Google search it.
This fungus grows mainly on trees and it is a well known mushroom even before the days of the Internet. Buy a cholesterol test kit off ebay and do a before and after test. You'll be surprised! It will take a few months but the fungus does reduce your cholesterol.
Fried is better because you can disguise the taste and texture somewhat. But it is rubbery and chewy as well as being a little on the slimy side. But did medicine ever taste nice? Try it first maybe you'll like the taste and hopefully you can live a healthier and longer life.
Try finding a local oriental supermarket or cash and carry for this particular mushroom. I find ebay suppliers way too pricey. Best not to cook it in any oil if you have high cholesterol. Search the Internet for alternatives because some people stir fry. You'd want to avoid fried food if your triglycerides are already high. I boil mine and mix other vegetables into the mushroom to make it palatable. Otherwise it won't go down my throat.
The mushroom expands to a huge lily when soaked in water. Discard the water used for soaking because it will smell like urine and look like urine. Re-soak to properly clean the fungus. Then proceed to fry or boil. Bon Appetite!

Spend some time learning
HTML5 and CSS3 not going to be easy if your not going to practice. Use the book as a guide to create content that is going to be useful for any audience. I've read negative reviews about this book but to be honest I didn't find anything negative to comment about.
I didn't miss any pages, and it's a good job I didn't because the book explains why you should follow good practices. And with good reasons.
It's definitely a good book if your a beginner.

A versatile kettle lead
It's versatile! Goes into both!
