Defective components

The ST16 ground station controller arrived defective. The controller was stuck in a 'camera select loop' that could not be bypassed. I returned it and the replacement unit was defective also, the new unit would power on but then nothing - no display, control, etc. at all. Ten days after receiving it and I haven't been able to use it. For an item that costs several thousand dollars, this is unacceptable.

Very prone to failure

I wish I had researched this item better before buying. The 7200.11 models are very prone to problems, with a failure rate around 40%. Do not buy. Google it before you buy!
