I didn't want it possibly sitting on my doorstep (yes I put a mail hold- assuming USPS). Super simple request. He adamantly refused. Became condescending. Then threatened to report me to Ebay for asking because it would have put him past his ship by date. I would avoid doing any business with him. Not a good Ebayer IMHO. No problem lifting my 18 foot wide door
Works great, doesn’t have internet feature but uses a gateway device to connect to internet. I can check status and get notifications from anywhere.
Installed it my self even thiugh I had to call customer support for help.

Beware of the size, it’s not width and tire size, it’s height and rim size
Nice tires with deep knobs but the size isn’t in the real world sizes of tires.
Tires are usually sized at width, aspect ratio then rim size.
These are aspect ratio (height of tire from rim to tread) then rim size. This might be typical for tractor tires.
I wanted a wider tire, not taller.
They do fit and so far don’t hit any hydraulic hoses.
I put these on a tractor I’m restoring, hopefully I won’t have any problems.
