  Due to an error by my daughter trying to help me, this has caused a problem. Wrong button was pressed. The ebayer had payed postage with r m number supplied, so that side of that problem is sorted. However, the wrong item was sent to me, but I'm not good with computer using due being deslicksick, so I couldn't supply a photo of the item delivered. I don't know how to resolve this, despite being charged 7 quid by the post office on top of my ebay payment because parcel had lost its profe of payme
