Ring Com Bell setup
I had a problem setting up with w I fi in my house. Initially it needs connecting to a mobile phone rig com app. I tried to do this with the phone and the ring doorbell close to my router. It did not work. I rang the helpline u k number but spoke to the USA. After nearly an hour I successfully linked both devices. Solution do not go close to the router, the signals get scrambled. I went to another room and linked ok as the help line thanks Mary, suggested. Then I linked it to my router ok. Do not use any channel above 11. Has worked fine since installing on the wall by my door. One drawback however if it rains or condenses on the lens I cannot make out an image.
