Exactly as the advert advised the packaging had been damaged and repaired however the item inside was well packed (it had been out of the box before) - however the machine inside was fine and unused. All the parts including the handbook were present and the machine worked as it should. The item is excellent value for the price reduction offered . Can't believe this company and recommend them enough, parcel arrived slightly damaged box and product had slight cra k on guard ,did in no way affect it's function,I told them maybe expecting a small discount,but no send another out I said I'll package the other one up for me to give delivery driver don't worry,sent me new replacement,keep original even though it all still works,now that's customer service for you ,with in two days brand new one arrived, superb that's how to be a good business
