Poor quality zip.
Ok, so the reason that I have given it such a low score is because the bag is a very tight fit and when I came to do the zip up the teeth of the zip were not able to stay zipped and parted behind the zipper. I think that perhaps a slightly larger bag and a better quality zip might solve the problem. Having spent nearly eighty pounds on the bag, I was rather disappointed.
