Not quite what it says on the tin !
Although I found the book interesting, it was not what I had expected.
From the title, I assumed the book would be full of both method and recipes. However, the book contains nothing more than a pictorial guide, to home/farmhouse, cheese making in years gone by.
If you are looking for a pictorial history of the art of cheese making, then this is the ideal book.

The proof is in the pudding!
I found this machine simple to use, with clear and precise instructions, even for me.
The resulting product ie. the yogurt, it is difficult to limit yourself to only one at a time.
I bought this machine purely to make my own 'Greek style' yogurt, for baking, and with the addition of a few tablespoons of dried milk, it is brilliant.
I really cannot recommend it highly enough. It is simply 'Excellent'.
