Briliant fun excellent quality.
My 5 and 3 year old son absoultetly love it. It's hours of fun. I love how it teaches them precision and patience. Sometimes they struggle with their little fingers but the pictures come out looking amazing. I found this mosaic really educational in that respect. Will be buying again.

A must for any dukanian
I bought this book as I was starting the diet and I wanted to know everything I could about it. It explains very clearly what you can and can not eat, phases of the diet and many many other helpful tips helping to lose weight. The only reason why I give 4/5 is because sometimes I had a feeling like I was reading the same chapter over and over again. Dr Dukan says it helps to remember the rules better but for me it was a bit annoying. P.S This diet really works! In 46 days I ve lost 9.5kg. I dont have any side effects I feel great! Def recommended
