Unusable
Received product and tested. Functional when tested, didn't play for a little over a month. When I came back to it, it wasn't working properly any more. Unfortunately, it was past the 30 day return, but I had an included 1 year warranty. Submitted my claim, got a runaround for over a week of calls and emails, only to finally get denied for my claim. So I am now stuck with an unusable kick pad.
