I was a Roku dude
Former Roku dude here. I have been with Roku for years but, time to part ways.
The Amazon Fire TV is an awesome little device. I decided to jump in head first with this Amazon apparatus. I subscribe to Prime Video and it works well for me. The main reason I got this device is because it has ethernet capability AND I can "sideload" apps. Sideloading apps will make the Fire TV even better than it already is. Plenty of You Tube vids on "sideloading" if you are intrigued by this.

2 of 2 found this helpful Good decent unit. I am using the rackmount option for my entertainment center. The blue knob lights are extremely bright. However, you can pull the knob lights off with ease and it does not effect the eq's performance.
