Arrived with door slightly open. I was able to close it but it didn't work at all. No motor running only small red light that indicated it was on.

Depends on the back cover
The case I bought would not work with screen cover. It could be easily removed from phone just by pulling out of pocket the wrong way. It was hard to get the phone to receive input especially around the curved edges and it felt like the cover was real loose. I contacted the seller and they told me to increase sensitivity in settings.
I tried a different case and the screen worked and fit a lot better. I still have issues with entries on the curved edges but it is a a whole lot better.
