    The price on this five pack of shampoo was extremely competitive, especially combined with free shipping. There was an issue with the shipping process after USPS confirmed receipt, and upon contacting USPS for status after a week's delay, I received the box damaged and one of the bottles was missing. USPS marked the box 'Received Unsealed'. I contacted Mr-Medical the same day of receiving the package, sent pictures, and Tonney in Customer Service quickly refunded the missing bottle.
