Puffco stands by their product
0 of 2 found this helpful I love this product, it's by far I believe is the best on the market. I have just one problem with it. It's the connection with the battery charging port. The small pin that is used for the connection has fallen apart. I contacted Puffco and they sent me a new battery chamber right away.
