Works with Kodi (nearly) out of the box, even on Linux

Just plug it in, one UBS cable between the device and PC, one HDMI from TV to the device, and one HDMI cable from the device to PC; software wise everything works out of the box with Kodi, even on Linux; just install libcec package and add Kodi user to group 'dialed'. Kodi automatically recognizes it, pop up shows when system is ready to listen to the TV remote. All keys are preconfigured in Kodi too: arrows, pause, return, power off; I didn't have to set any of these.
