Difficulty in renewing
Normally I enter the code for renewing and automatically it is updated. Well not with this one. You have to uninstall the old one from your computer and then you have to go to Norton website, add the code as renewing and delete your computer from the current download device section and re-add it so it can re-download it to your computer. It is a hassle but better safe than sorry.
