nasal strips
I honestly do not know how i would cope if this product ever disappeared off the market, iv been
using them for quite a few years now and use one nearly every night. if i do not use one i have a terrible
nights sleep tossing from left side to right all night because my nose feels blocked on alternate sides of my nose
and i cannot breathe which means i breathe through my mouth which then dries up with no saliver and i have to get up for a drink. As soon as i lie down in bed its as if my nostrils close in and stop me breathing but with a nasal strip on
it gently keeps my nostrils open so i can breathe, i really am addicted to them.
