A joy to use
Firstly, well done to Shark for the recyclable packaging - no nasty polystyrene or plastic bags.
I took quite a while weighing up the pros and cons of all the models before settling on the HZ500UK and I am delighted with my choice.
The cleaning power is terrific. It is light weight and the 10m cord give me plenty distance. I also like the attachment brush for cleaning the stairs. Winner!
