Nikon D50
8 of 8 found this helpful I have been a semi-pro photographer for a number of years now and finally decided to go to a DSLR. My choice of the Nikon D50 was an abvious one for me. I already had Nikon AF lenses and wanted to buy a DSLR that would be compatible with those lenses. The Nikon D50 wasn't the newest model on the market which means it wasn't the most expensive yet it had enough of the features I look for to make it more than a point and shoot for me. I love the camera and even though it is only 6.1 megapixels instead of 8-10 megapixels it is easy to make enlargements. Wonderfull camera for all around shooting. Both in studio and using available light. Modes from totally auto to totally manual and everything in between. I would buy it again!

Lighter than you'd expect for the Level III rating. Good base coating.
3 of 3 found this helpful I'd buy them again. Although I think I'd spring for the extra and get the expanded antispall coating next time! Great product at the best price I've seen yet!
