the water is not very hot
I bought the 3.7kW version. I am impressed with how quickly the water heats up; only a few seconds! But, the water never gets very hot. If you put the mixer tap onto full hot (and no cold) it is just right for washing your hands, but it doesn't get any hotter. Also, the plastic tap leaked and I had to take it apart and put PTFE tape on the thread which solved it. I am going to buy a higher rated version next to see how that performs.

Cheap and flimsy
If you are going to be taking this off and putting it back on regularly then it will break quickly as it is made of thin, weak material. You get what you pay for I suppose.
