An animation winner for Christmas ;-)
I haven't seen this in 35 years, not since I was eight. A lot of what goes on here, whether it's music, or animation design, actually is VERY sweet, touching, and poignant. So, WHY, JUST WHY, ISN'T THIS ON CARTOON NETWORK/BOOMERANG, OR ARE THEY TOO BUSY CRANKING OUT NO-BRAINERS??? Or, how many people out there that Harry Nilsson, who composed the music for the TV special here, was a longtime collaborator with Ringo Starr???
Such credentials really make this a must-have, hands down.
