A Good Solid Cookbook
This cookbook has it all: exceptionally good nutritious recipes, substitutions and ways to adapt traditional recipes, recommendations on needed kitchen equipment, but above all a huge amount of attitude and words to make you laugh out loud. Such a pleasure to use for cooking and just to read through for pleasure. Get two copies now, one for yourself and one for someone who needs a smile and isn't easily offended by **** words.
