  Items are as advertised. Some plastic bits were broken, which is normal to this kind of second hand part. Packaging was really good. Normal price compared to others in market. Click and collect experience was horrible. I wasn't provided the delivery code for this purchase and the owner of the local shop refused to hand over the item to me, without seeing the delivery code. It took three visits to the shop in two days, and three phone calls with the customer service to convince her to give it.

  Hi - It is unfortunate that the click and collect experience was horrible. However, I would ask that you keep in mind that a seller has no control over this system. All we can do is make sure your order is delivered to the collection location. This was done in good time, the fault here lies with the click and collect service.

  Was going to go to Nottingham to pick these up. But rcz decided to pop a spring the day before. . the day before of all times.. I asked when could be shipped and was told following day and they were shipped after payment made, even though it was after 10pm on Monday. These were assigned a tracking number at 10.55 am on the tuesday, no messing about from the seller, would buy from again. Super smooth to deal with. Excellent comms, well wrapped up and received quickly. Thank you

  Bought the item as the image showed it as being the same one i was replacing. However the seller actually sent me a newer model (2010 instead of the 2007), but assured me it would fit. Thankfully he was right and actually the newer one looks cooler than the older model did. Very well packaged and quick delivery, thanks. :-)

  Seller is brilliant, kept me updated and I would certainly buy from this seller again. However, delivery was via DHL who, for some unknown reason, was unable to deliver to my address (I don't live on the moon!). Seller kept me informed, switched to using Royal Mail, who delivered successfully.
