One of the best Pertwee-era Doctor Who series - amazing vehicles, creepy megalomaniacal spiders intent on colonising the Earth, and a hypnotic incantation to summon them which remains with you years later....what more could you ask for! The third Doctor at his very best in an enthralling adventure with high production values from the BBC. It's been great, watching this brilliant series again after so many years.
