One of the best
Interesting sounds and melodies. Nice relaxing atmosphere and background music. All sound original pieces with sound journies. Although it's from a few years ago, it's one of the best I have heard/experienced.
Good for meditation and releasing if played quiter, or other activities at normal volume.

Hard to Understand
This book is not about Native American Flute but Nakai himself. It is just a history of his works and meetings with others. How this can be considered "authentic" when its full of preference for non pentatonic scale, is hard to understand. Overall it seems an effort in convincing us that Native Americans Flute is like other flutes. The book would have been much better in 5 or 6 hole notation. Native American music is not European! Simple. Hard to see why it was written, except Nakai chose European scale rather than Native.
