London my London!
A great concept - photographers from all over the world take pictures of different aspects of London and London life on one day in the '80's. If you lived in London at the time, this is for you, showing things you knew and things you didn't. Oh, plus Red Saunders is a top bloke!

Modern forever
A classic album. Great songs, great sounds. On the cusp of becoming more experimental and less “commercial”, I’ve never grown tired of this album!

A touch too smooth?
Not as "quirky" as the first album (sorry to have to use the Q word!), which makes her voice sound more mainstream than previously. Why "Big Sister" was released as a single is a mystery- repetitive, with a boring melody. The band are slicker too, which again takes the edge off of the songs. Pretty decent Alt Country overall, but I'm glad I didn't pay more!
