well worth trying
for anyone who has a tendency to have constipation problems, this is well worth trying ; it maytake a few weeks for your body toget used tot, but it has certainly made a huge difference to me.Two capsu;es before or if you have cereal and yoghurt with breakfast is all it takes. It boosts the good bacteria the gut needs to keep it healthy and in good working order.
