  100STARS!!! She went overboard some would say; to make sure my books were shipped EXACTLY as I needed. She went out of her way to tape the entire box with clear tape to make it water&snow proof, even after she made sure it would be delivered to my frontdoor & NOT left outside our mailbox. By taking extra time, effort, & going above&beyond she saved the books! Yes, they were delivered to my porch but ironically it rained & the box was sitting in a puddle when I got home & would have been soaked!
