Fantastic!
I'm 6' tall but have fairly big thighs (I think!). I struggle to get comfy in cars because most bases don't have enough thigh support, the exception being those with extendable cushions (i.e. BMW sports seats). I have a Honda Jazz without this and, having struggled to find something elsewhere, took to eBay and had a gamble on this.
Wow, it's great! Just sits on the seat with the clips pushed through the back. Inoffensive black pleather with no odour. Perfectly good quality for the money.
Driving experience is transformed. Thighs are supported, great for motorway journeys. Unexpected benefit is that my back is better supported as it turns out my core was compensating for thighs in quick direction changes (not much side support on seats).
Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.
