Velcro fastening too small
The hat is made of thin materials and when I unpacked it and undid the Velcro fastening, over half the Velcro cam away from the rest if it, looked like it had been cut diagonally. It is usable as it is as my grandson issue still young and has a small head. I was going to buy another but after seeing this have decided not to get it off ebay.
The print is fine but limited only to the front of the hat.

Can't live through winter without it
Takes about 4 minutes to heat up...it will burn if you have it against your skin straight away...stays hot for just as long as a normal hot water bottle... Has hand warmer mesh on one side...much safer than a hot water bottle... We have 2 but my wife still steals it away in the night....and the charger sits on the bedside table ready for a recharge in the night...no getting out the bed to boil the kettle... Turn the heating down and save energy with this great idea...

Quality and comparable to other brands that are more expensive

The amount you get for your money makes this an ideal product, especially if you don't drive, as is delivered free.
Comparable to Others you can buy on TV shopping sites, and almost twice the amount.
