The Shack
This is an excellent book that provides a unique insight into man's relationship with God. Easy to read, enlightening, involving.

Perfect for independent learning.
This is a quality dictionary with tons of extra helpful information, perfect for elementary students. My 2nd and 4th grade grandsons are enjoying the independence they’ve gained by learning to look up words on their own. And it includes an abundance of words I found missing in some newer dictionaries.
But, I am a Dictionary person!!!

Scrabble Fun
I love Scrabble and love teaching it to children. It encourages both verbal and math skills. These books build on skills that they are learning in school about the formation of words (prefixes, suffixes, etc.) while giving a fun application. Not only better Scrabble players, but better readers and writers.
