I'll let you know after Christmas.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and have not seen if the disk are good or not. I can not write a review on something I haven't viewed yet.

Total yoga package
I was looking for a yoga dvd to expand my practice from the Lilias yoga and you series (if you know where I can get the Lilias yoga and you series, please let me know). This package seemed to be pretty good, so I got it. Upon reviewing the DVDs I was a bit disappionted to find that each DVD contained only two classes, and that the same class is on the other DVDs. Save yourself some money and only get "The Original Total Yoga" and the "Total Yoga The Flowing Series Water" DVDs or the other two(Earth and Fire). There is no need to get all four because the bonus work out on each DVD will contain the other two work outs.
That is the only bad things about this package. The good thing is they have tought me a few new techniques and the exercises flow from one to the other smoothly which is what I liked about Lilias. It is always surpriseing how much of a work out Yoga is. Pay attention to the warnings on the DVDs and learn to listen to your body. This is a good workout for beginner and advanced alike.
Because of the new techniques learned, this package is still worth the money I spent. Enjoy.

HIGHLY recommended. I got MORE and better than I expected.
If you are serious about camping then you know that you need versatile equipment. With this I can hunt and fish, and the ammo is reusable. No need for a fishing pole, tackle box, rifle and explosives in an ammo box. This little number, with a few arrows, replaces all of that. Less space and less weight.
This is a very good bow for the money. Fishing arrows are top notch. Bowl and string are good quality.
If you are thinking about getting into archery at all, I would HIGHLY recommend this set up.
