6630 aint bad at all
5 of 7 found this helpful i like it's fairly unqiue shape ok there was the 3650 which was the same shape with a very annoying keypad but the reason why i bought this phone as it's my tomtom as it's got the symbian os and i just use it for that which is a bit of a wwasit seeing what this phone can do but it is a much cheaper alternative to a tom tom satnav system got the phone for £30 £15 for memory card with tom tom and picked up a bluetooth gps receiver for about £15 and away u go, and it's very good.

Its ok, but it's not amazing.
I needed a phone to get me out of a hole. It's inexpensive, and has a lovely vibrant screen. Battery life is amazing in between charges. It's not to big for its 6.5 screen and feels comfortable to hold. But it's not a compact handset. Good clear call quality, both microphone and ear piece.
The Big Negative - the SD card cannot be used to store apps, I've tried using developer options and stuff but there is no way to get this phone to store some personal apps onto SD card. You can use it for pictures and music though. So if you're using up to half a dozen personal apps then that will be okay, but you are going to struggle beyond that. Because at least 50% of the 32GB of storage is used by the system as soon as you turn it on, it's going to be a struggle for the vast majority of people using this phone.
Which is the biggest drawback of this phone, it's a very niche market in this day and age where 32GB of system storage will be fine for people. This would be fine if you could use your SD card to store apps. It's unclear whether google or TCL have culled this feature on the TCL 306.
Otherwise it's a perfectly adequate device, but I think the storage for may people even light amount of app users like myself will struggle with the storage limitations. If you can afford a little more some of the more expensive TCL devices with more storage might be a better bet.

401 is magic
3 of 3 found this helpful I love my samsung camera bought on ebay in November 2006 for £21.50 it's a gem to use and brilliant quality pictures great macro feature for those close ups.
The software is brilliant which comes with the camera great for editing and touching up those pics, also the video with a 1gb sd card inserted in it it will record until the battery dies.
There is a problem with the 401 it's zoom does distort picture quality slightly but that is becuas eits not got optical zoom. But for me im not really too worried as im not a photographer.
It's a gem to use and captures great pics I would recommend it.
