Great way to quickly exercise
The product is easily put together, yet robust once assembled. The mechanism is smooth and easy to use and feels more solid than that seen in other products. The actual machine itself is an effective form of exercise and the it places very little stress on joints. However, it does take some time to get used to the movement. I find that it offers a quick and effective form of execise given the relatively little time I have available for such activities. Would highly recommended both the product and the supplier.
